  • Appointments must be canceled with 24 hours prior to your appointment date to not be charged the full service. The deposit of $25 will be nonrefundable for both no shows and canceled appointments. All no shows will be charged the full amount.

  • All clients have a 20 minute grace period before appointments are cancelled in our system. This is without any prior contact with the studio of lateness or delays.

  • Reschedule requests are allowable only 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any request after this time, will be considered a cancelled appointment.

  • Our VIP Subscription clients have agreed to have the subscription amount automatically being deducted from a bank account/credit/debit card. Subscriptions only cover fill ins, brow touch ups/tints, and classic extensions.
